Pranjal Vachaspati is a first-generation American and a PhD student at the University of Illinois. He's running for County Board because he believes that people in Champaign County deserve better wages, quality healthcare, and affordable housing. We need a robust democracy where everyone's voice is heard, and Pranjal will fight to defend voting rights, government accountability, and organized labor. With a degree in physics from MIT and a computer science degree from Illinois, Pranjal will use his expertise in technology and data analysis to develop bold ideas that build a brighter future for Champaign County, always putting the people first.
